The cut corners of the table are great when having small children running around the house and around the table with less chances of hurting themselves hitting the table corners, also it is a good solution for smaller spaces. Materials used – reclaimed wood planks, osb board, screws, nails, glue, stain and varnish all locally sourced. By using repurposed old wood each dining table has its own character and feel, and would never look the same as another table. ——————————————— MATCHING BENCH Please note, bench is not included in the price of the table. Matching bench can be made as well, just add it to the basket as extra from the dropdown menu with table size options, the bench will be made to match the table size, just a bit smaller (25cm) to fit nicely under the table between the legs. If you wish the size to be bigger please send us a message when ordering. ———————————————- TABLE TOP FINISH The table is sanded to a smooth finish while leaving some of the marks and imperfections of the old wood and are stained with your chosen colour and coated in natural wax or a a gloss/satin varnish at request. ———————————————— COLOURS – mixed wood tones The dining table shown in the photographs it has a mix of colour wood tones  and finished with a satin varnish. NOTE- Please consider that the colour might look different depending on the reclaimed wood used on the table, they will always have a slight difference in tones comparing to the photos. CORNERS This table comes with framed cut corners shape, if you wish normal corners just mention when you order. ————————————————– DIMENSIONS: Table height approx. – 74-75cm Bench height approx. – 40-42cm These are approximate and might vary 1-2 cm sometimes Other sizes can be made as well – If you wish a different size that is not mentioned in this listing, please send a message with the desired size and I will send back a price quote. ————————————————— LEGS The legs are 3 rod metal hairpin style. Different type of legs and colours are available as well, you can choose from the dropdown menu as extra, other colours all by request subject to a small fee. ————————————————— IMPERFECTION Please consider that off all imperfections, such as bumps, saw marks, hammer marks, marks of paint, etc. are not considered defects, as this is the character of the product that comes with using reclaimed wood. —————————————————— WOOD MOVEMENT All wood is organic and hygroscopic, meaning that when exposed to air, it will release or pick up moisture until it reaches equilibrium with the humidity in the air. Because of this all wood will expand as it gains moisture and will shrink when it loses moisture. Wood also does not shrink or swell equally in all directions. ——————————————————— PRODUCT CARE RECOMMANDATIONS We recommend to avoid keeping the table or bench too close or in direct contact with the radiator or any source of heating. This is real wood, and it will be affected by big differences of temperature. Also to be avoided humid conditions as it will make the wood expand. ——————————————————– DELIVERY Your order is shipped from our workshop in London, If the distance allows us (Mainland UK) we try to deliver in person, If it is sent by post all dining tables will come safely flat packed and with screws included for the legs. Our tables come with the legs detached and will need a 5 min assembly, it is recommended an electric screwdriver but will work with a standard-sized cross-head screwdriver as well.
