018-RH100/50-42-3TP – Rectangular Electric Heater with Control – Elta Specification The Stand-alone Electric heater as provided by Elta Limited shall control air temperatures from -10°C to 50°C. Protection from loss of airflow shall be by airflow sensor and differential pressure switch. The Heater shall have an integrated temperature controller allowing set point adjustment between 0 and 30°C with supply air temperature sensor supplied for mounting within the ductwork. Casing shall be Aluzinc construction with rubber seals to prevent air leakage. The Electric Heater shall include a manual and an automatic thermostat for additional protection. Features and Benefits Robust Construction Manufactured from Aluzinc coated steel for long life with rubber seals for ease of duct connection and prevention of air leakage. Heating element tubes are made from stainless steel AISI 304. Overheating Protection All heaters are fitted with two protection thermostats, an Automatic reset with switch off at a temperature of 50°C, and a manual reset – cut off set at a temperature of 100°C. Integrated Controller Designed with an integrated temperature controller with adjustable setpoint from 0-30°C, the supply air temperature sensor for mounting within the duct is also supplied.
